Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Departmental Coordination:
    Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between various departments within our consumer finance operations and the support teams of our Indonesian group company.

  • Business Compliance Oversight:
    Oversee all business compliance activities, ensuring full regulatory compliance and alignment with internal policies. Conduct and support regulatory audits, manage business reports, and provide insights into maintaining compliance while optimizing business operations.

  • Communication Bridge:
    Act as the liaison between local teams and the headquarters in Shanghai, handling daily communication to ensure seamless operations and coordination across borders.

  • Leadership Development:
    Participate in training programs designed to enhance your management and decision-making skills, positioning you as a future leader in our organization. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the consumer finance industry to prepare for a leadership role.


  • Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Master's degree (or higher) from a reputable university, with a major in science, engineering, finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be of Indonesian nationality.

  • Language Proficiency:
    Proficient in English, both written and spoken, and capable of using it as a professional working language. Fluency in Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
    • Well-organized, diligent, and able to thrive under pressure.
    • Stable personality with a high level of self-motivation and attention to detail.
