Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager to lead our channel sales efforts in Indonesia, covering territory business across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our partner network, driving sales revenue via partners, and expanding our market presence in Indonesia.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of channel partners and distributors across Indonesia
  • Develop and execute partner business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Drive sales revenue growth through partner engagement, joint sales planning, and sales enablement
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with partners
  • Identify and recruit new partners to fill gaps in territory coverage
  • Provide training, support, and enablement to partners to ensure sales and technical readiness
  • Manage partner performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing) to align channel strategies
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform channel strategies
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of experience
  • 6 to 8 years of channel sales or account management experience, with a focus on territory business
  • Proven track record of success in managing channel partners and driving sales growth in Indonesia
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and channel landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including channel sales, account management, and territory business planning
