Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pattern Engineer Lead at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Kecamatan Balaraja. The Pattern Engineer Lead will be responsible for overseeing the creation and development of shoe patterns, collaborating with design teams, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the pattern-making process on-site.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leading pattern development projects in shoes manufacturer
  • Knowledge of CAD software for pattern-making (Crispin, Rhinoceros, etc)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and precision in pattern creation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • English skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
