We are Looking for the talent for Indonesia market in the industry of pharmaceutical, food and nutrition.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Discovery conversations with enterprises and end user
2. Calls with ENT (Enterprise)
3. Critical initial sales meetings
4. RFP response direction and authoring of custom responses
5. Finalist pitches
6. Lead in establishing the strategic and tactical plans to convert sales opportunities
7. Through personal relationships and through established professional networks, identify and/or evaluate the feasibility of new growth opportunities (indirect channels, inorganic growth opportunities)
8. Be a part of the leadership team and be an advisor to the leadership team on matters related company’s growth.
9. Drives commercial set-up and direct relationship with the agent/distributor and key clients in Indonesia markets.
10. New distributor & customer identification, nurturing and management.

Requirements
1. Relevant Degree qualifications in engineering or science.
2. Entrepreneurial talent with 5+ years of machinery sales, trade marketing / business development experience in the industry of pharmaceutical, food, nutrition and in Indonesia market.
3. Prior experience includes frontline sales / international trade / exports. Launching and growing new brands working with cross-functional, global teams. International working experience preferred.
4. Ability to drive new business – entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Relationship builder with strong focus & passion for delivering targets.
6. Strong creative, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in unstructured environments. Be comfortable with fast paced, high-pressure environment.
7. Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams. Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
8. Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.
