Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns

  • Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels
  • Lead and strategize KOL campaigns and affiliate marketing initiatives to elevate brand presence and drive sales
  • Plan, execute, and monitor KOL marketing campaigns to promote our new and existing products.
  • Construct end-to-end KOL campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and drive traffic.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze performance of all marketing activities including KOL campaigns
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Create plan for next steps based on performance results

Budget Management:

  • Drive sales through marketing strategy, focus on return on marketing investment to ensure effective budget allocation
  • Developing and managing the marketing department's budget
  • Ensuring marketing budget is spent in the most effective way

Brand Strategy & Brand Identity:

  • Define the brand positioning, target audience, and brand messaging to ensure consistent and compelling brand communication.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including website, social media, packaging, and marketing collateral
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share
  • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts

Product Launches:

  • Develop launch plans, messaging, and promotional strategies to drive excitement and adoption among target customers
  • Work closely with new product development team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
  • 2+ years brand management or head of marketing experience in related industry (preferably beauty/ personal care)
  • Must have 2+ years experience handling brand KOL team with proven results
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis, able to make data-driven decisions
  • Solid project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data driven mindset is a MUST
  • Experience in product launches and passion in the beauty industry is a ++
  • Experience in working towards KPI and driving team to achieve KPI

This role is full time WFO in Surabaya with the possibility of Hybrid or WFH for the right candidate.
