Information Technology Project Manager

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment firm, is looking to fill the position of Project Manager (SAP) for a rapidly expanding Digital Business Solution Provider. The ideal candidates should possess extensive experience SAP Project Management and Delivery. This job is based in Jakarta.

Job Description:

• Develop project plans including scope, timeline, and necessary resources.
• Identify and manage risks that may occur during the project.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to create the Project Charter.
• Ensure all project tasks are executed as planned.
• Monitor and control the project regularly to ensure it stays on track.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and project costs.
• Lead and direct the project team in executing their tasks.
• Provide support and motivation to team members to achieve project goals.
• Identify training and development needs for the team.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and changes in the project.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are well-managed and the project’s final outcomes meet their needs.
• Manage the project budget effectively, ensuring expenditures align with the plan.
• Optimize the use of resources, including human, material, and technology.
• Complete all project administrative aspects, including final reports and project documentation.
• Evaluate the project to identify learnings and areas for improvement in the future.
• Ensure all project deliverables are handed over to the client or stakeholders according to agreed standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. Certification in project management (such as PMP) is a plus.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, with prior experience leading projects from start to finish and experience managing SAP projects across multiple modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
• Skills in risk management and project scheduling.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and the ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
• SAP Certification is preferred
