Project Financial Controller

Our company need to hire finance analysts to gain and transform complex financial data into information for project expenditure and forecast revenue report, enabling better decision making and risk management.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Conduct thorough analyses of current and past financial data, including income

statements, balance sheets, and cash flows, to identify trends, variances, and areas for

improvement.

2. Analyze current financial performance and budgets to identify trends.

3. Prepare and present detailed financial data and projections to senior management,

highlighting key findings and recommendations.

4. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure alignment with organizational goals for the annual budget and financial forecasts.

5. Prepare and report financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

QUALIFICATION :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in financial analysis, with a minimum of 2-4 years in the field.

- Finance experience in construction company.

- Expertise in statistical analysis for financial forecasting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal abilities and time management skills.

- Knowledge and experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, ODO) is

highly desirable.

- Possess a basic understanding of tax regulations related to the construction industry.
