  4. Develop and implement robust A/B testing processes for campaigns, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and product marketing strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
  5. Collaborate effectively with the creative team, leveraging insights from performance data and testing to inform the development of compelling creatives, copies, and landing pages.
  6. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, presenting insights to the leadership team.
  7. Utilize strong analytical skills to continuously analyze and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns, deriving actionable insights to refine and improve overall strategies.
  8. Work closely with business groups to develop and manage budgets for online marketing, while monitor spending against budgets and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. More than ten years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on paid social and SEO/SEM.
  2. Proficiency in using platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google for executing, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  3. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
  4. Solid experience in A/B testing, campaign and creative optimization, and collaborative working with creative teams to develop impactful marketing materials.
  5. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives, stakeholders, team, and timelines effectively.
