Job Descriptions:
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns, predominantly focusing on paid social channels like Meta, TikTok, as well as SEO/SEM on Google.
- Build a comprehensive optimization roadmap and promotion schedule, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and business groups to align on clear targeting and creative strategies.
- Manage and strategically scale ads spend across selected channels, continuously optimizing campaigns to meet profitability objectives.
- Develop and implement robust A/B testing processes for campaigns, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and product marketing strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate effectively with the creative team, leveraging insights from performance data and testing to inform the development of compelling creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, presenting insights to the leadership team.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to continuously analyze and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns, deriving actionable insights to refine and improve overall strategies.
- Work closely with business groups to develop and manage budgets for online marketing, while monitor spending against budgets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and tools relevant to online sales and digital marketing. To evaluate, recommend, and implement technologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- More than ten years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on paid social and SEO/SEM.
- Proficiency in using platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google for executing, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
- Solid experience in A/B testing, campaign and creative optimization, and collaborative working with creative teams to develop impactful marketing materials.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives, stakeholders, team, and timelines effectively.
