Key Responsibilities:

• Illustrate and communicate complex design solutions across use cases by creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners considering comfort and usability.
• Utilize data collected from research, user testing and market analysis to create truly user-centric designs.
• Develop and maintain detailed design documentation including specifications, design system, and style guides.
• Work closely with the Engineering department to suggest improvements for products and processes.
• Improve the design of existing product portfolios as well as gather the feedback from the product users.

Role Requirements:

• At least 2 years of product design experience in a Tech company (UI/UX or Product Manager experience is a plus).
• Possess a good knowledge of design fundamentals, such as design thinking framework and other frameworks in order to develop products.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, visual user interface design, motion interaction, and prototyping.
• Able to sketch the ideas into wireframes and carry out wireframing for well-defined features.
• Experienced to use design and engineering tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, MIRO, Figma, etc.
• Ability to comprehend the product briefs and be able to present creative approaches or solutions to the team.
