The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives
- Order and monitor office supplies, maintain office inventory, and negotiate terms with suppliers and vendors to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and assist in bookkeeping
- Maintain confidential documents and records ensuring they remain secure and organized
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Dotted-line will be assisting HR Dept on GA related-matters
- Ad-hoc tasks, when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any Major
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant post-qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills, and fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to develop effective presentation decks
- Strong work ethic and comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Agile with a startup attitude - passionate about the role, energy to out-serve, problem solver, a good time management
