Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the steel supply business plan for Southeast Asia and Saudi Arabia in alignment with the subsidiary’s overall business strategy.
  2. Collect and analyze market information on the overseas steel distribution industry, track market trends, and identify new business opportunities across different scenarios.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with upstream suppliers and downstream customers in Southeast Asia and Saudi Arabia. Develop strategic business plans and oversee the execution of these strategies.
  4. Manage and mitigate risks throughout the business development process to ensure long-term stability and growth.
  5. Collaborate efficiently with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective business operations.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preferred major in International Economics, Trade, or Metallurgy. Must be proficient in English as a working language.
  2. At least three years of experience in procurement and sales within the supply industry, with established procurement resources and a network of overseas customers.
  3. Strong understanding of foreign trade processes, with hands-on experience in managing orders from start to finish.
  4. Proven ability to develop and manage upstream and downstream channels in the steel supply industry. Experience in risk management and team leadership is a plus.
  5. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Southeast Asia or Saudi Arabia steel markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in team management.
