Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring the efficient use of resources and adherence to healthcare standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the quality of services, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor department heads and operational teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Resource Management: Ensure the optimal allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to support smooth hospital operations and minimize downtime.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of healthcare services provided, ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations. Implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Budget Oversight: Manage operational budgets and ensure financial efficiency in operations without compromising service quality.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in hospital operations and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure the hospital operates in a safe and compliant environment.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effective and reliable services.
- Project Management: Lead and support special projects aimed at improving operational performance, infrastructure upgrades, and service enhancements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations and provide regular reports to senior management on performance and areas for improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with healthcare regulations and licensing requirements, including maintaining necessary certifications and permits.

Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the Hospitality
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial planning.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
