We are seeking a detail-oriented GA & Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage general administrative functions while also overseeing procurement processes to ensure efficient operations and cost-effective purchasing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administration:
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
Procurement:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and quality.
- Process purchase orders and manage inventory levels.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Facilities Management:
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of office facilities and equipment.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies and services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage office-related expenses and budgets.
- Prepare reports on administrative and operational costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general affairs, facilities management, and procurement roles.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to follow WFO setting in Mega Kuningan.
- Able to join immediately.
