We are seeking a detail-oriented GA & Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage general administrative functions while also overseeing procurement processes to ensure efficient operations and cost-effective purchasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

General Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations.

Procurement:

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and quality.
  • Process purchase orders and manage inventory levels.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Facilities Management:

  • Oversee maintenance and repairs of office facilities and equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies and services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor and manage office-related expenses and budgets.
  • Prepare reports on administrative and operational costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general affairs, facilities management, and procurement roles.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to follow WFO setting in Mega Kuningan.
  • Able to join immediately.
