Senior Videographer & Editor

We are hiring a candidate for Senior Videographer & Editor.

We are looking for a creative and talented Videographer & Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and expertise in capturing and editing high-quality video content. This role requires proficiency in videography, video editing software, and a strong understanding of current trends in visual communication.

What would You do:

1. Content Creation:

• According to the brand style and market demand, carry out creative planning and produce visual content that conforms to the brand tone.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team (such as Social Media and Content Creator) to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.
• Translate creative ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with the target audience.
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content that aligns with the company's objectives and brand identity.

2. Videography & Editing:

• Responsible for shooting high-quality videos for all photos of lip products and base makeup products to show the texture, color and usage effect of the products.
• Capture a variety of shots, including product display, unboxing, oral broadcast, makeup tutorial, KOL content, product testing, and dynamic video content that matches our brand guidelines.
• Edit raw footage to create polished and visually appealing videos.
• Responsible for editing, color correction, sound processing, subtitles, and special effects.
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual style across all videos.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and other visual elements when necessary.

3. Post-Production:

• Manage the post-production process, including color correction, audio mixing, and mastering to achieve the highest production standards.
• Ensure high-quality video and audio capture results under different shooting conditions.
• Collaborate with other team members to integrate video content into various marketing channels.

4. Stay Updated:

• Regularly study and analyze the popular trends of beauty videos to continuously improve the creativity and quality of content.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in videography and editing.

5. Project Management:

• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project objectives and timelines are understood and met.

6. Equipment Management:

• Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for use.
• Make recommendations for equipment upgrades as needed.

What are We looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST; from Film, Broadcasting, Communication, Arts, or any related field. Open for fresh graduates with up to 2 - 3 years experience as a Videographer & Editor, with a good portfolio.
• Good understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound recording, framing, and cinematography principles. Also, familiar with various camera equipment and accessories.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with strong storytelling skills and creative thinking, and a passion for beauty shoots and social media.
• A keen eye for Creativity and detail orientation, with good aesthetic perception and aesthetic ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Skill software; Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effect, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Willing to be placed at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang, with Full WFO system (Mon – Fri).
