  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

A full-time paid internship with 5x WFO per week.

This internship role for a final year college student as an Intern GA - Policies and Regulation scope. The role involves working onsite in Jakarta, Indonesia and assisting with day-to-day tasks related to policies and regulations within the company.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Able to work in full-time WFO 4x - 5x per week, regular working days and working hours.
  • Bachelors students (or master student), will not be graduated (ceremony) till early Dec 2024
  • Currently enrolled in still active as bachelors student at relevant degree program (law, international relation, public policies, communication)
  • Knowledge of policies and regulations
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Administrative skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of general affairs practices and procedures
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MSExcel proficient, Powerpoint ability)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • Able to speak/communication in Bahasa Indonesia and in English

General Intern Job Overview:

  • Research and summarize new policies and regulations
  • Support GA director to analyze specific policies
  • Assist in preparing report, policy updates and slides for presentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Join GA Director in Industry Associations s whenever appropriate and take Minutes
  • Help follow-up request to meet governments
