  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

AIA is hiring for Employee Benefit Business Development Specialist to selling Corporate Solutions products (Employee Benefit and Pension), in order to exceed sales target. The area of activities related to sales monitoring, sales reward and contest, sales support, sales training and exploring.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. Generating new business (employee benefit and DPLK) opportunity through engaged involvement in the marketing and business alliance process
  2. Organizing sales management reporting
  3. Establishing and maintain relation with partner on their client based
  4. Prepare pension simulation calculation to be presented to prospect

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Thorough familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and power point
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble shoot, and to meet short and long term deadlines
  • Excellent critical and creative thinking and analytical skills familiarity in insurance
  • Having experience in DPLK is an advantage
