  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As part of its development phase, the organization is expanding its structure and presence in the field and community.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor at PT. Langgeng Bakti Persada in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for HR management, employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR policies on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in managing employee relations and performance management
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
