  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and analyze changes in financial regulations and ensure the company's adherence to applicable laws (e.g., consumer protection, data privacy, anti-money laundering).
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, partners, and clients to protect the company's interests.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate legal risks related to the company's business strategies, products, and services.
  • Advisory Role: Provide legal advice to management and various departments on a range of issues, including intellectual property, employment law, and corporate governance.
  • Dispute Resolution: Manage any legal disputes or claims involving the company, coordinating with external counsel as necessary.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for employees on legal topics relevant to the company's operations.


The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor of Law with 7-8 years (Senior) / 4-5 years (Junior) of work experience within Credit / Payment / Lending / FinTech and Financial Regulatory either as in-house or law firm lawyer
  • Thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Having track record in showing initiative to solve problems
  • Collaborative in nature with good communication skills
  • Good proficiency in English is a must
