Brink’s, the global leader in cash management and secure logistics, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our market reach in Cirebon areas.

As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and close deals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, a go-getter who is coachable, resilient and possesses the drive to win. They should be comfortable with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leading by proactively search for potential customers through database or networking.
  • Attend meetings and present company's profile & products/services to customers during sales visits or virtually
  • Liaise with costing analyst to prepare pricing scheme
  • Prepare a proposal for customers, complete administrative work, manage service contracts, check on expiration date and make renewals
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service
  • Effectively coordinate activities with Commercial, Operation, Accounting, and Legal
  • Occasional local travel to meet customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of proven experience in the related field is preferred for this position (Logistics/Financial Institution/Banking Industry)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic demeanor with the natural ability to influence customers
  • Fast learner and passionate about sales
  • Can work independently and as a part of the team
  • Proven ability to analyze market and customers, to identify areas of improvement and predict future potential business
  • Lives in Cirebon and has network in the area
