Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, documentation, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various operational functions.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of recruitment activities for store-level staff, including branch managers, cashiers, and other positions, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
  • Manage the hiring process by creating job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting in onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure SOPs are effectively integrated into daily operations, ensuring operational consistency across locations.
  • Monitor and analyze operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to track productivity, identify improvement areas, and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to maintain and update operational plans and schedules, ensuring all projects are executed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior management regarding operational performance and staff needs.
  • Ensure all operational processes comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in mall retail, F&B, or store-level operations is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in recruiting and hiring staff.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and improve operational performance.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
