Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Executive to join our client, a leading higher education and psychological institution. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting the preparation of annual budget plans. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and extensive networks in the private sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Network Management:

    • Develop a wide network of clients and provide information regarding potential clients.
    • Identify new clients based on the strategic segmentation of the private sector.
    • Understand the budgeting habits of clients and prospective clients, especially in HR development and organizational budgets.
    • Communicate with clients/prospective clients to explore their needs, including scope, cost, and timeline.
  • Sales Growth Initiatives:

    • Propose solutions to meet client needs while benefiting the organization, including cross-selling opportunities for integrated management services.
    • Collaborate with decision-makers to identify opportunities for increasing sales performance.
    • Strive to increase sales from existing and prospective clients.
    • Conduct negotiations with clients/prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong relationships with regular meetings or contact with clients to ensure excellent service delivery.

  • General Qualifications:

    • Master's degree is preferred.
    • Having broad network in both national and multinational private companies.
    • Experienced 3+ years in providing HR solution services, such as psychological test, screening test, and related.
    • In-depth understanding of management concepts, HR development, organizational growth, and the products offered by the institution.
    • Experience in managing clients and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in client companies.
    • Ability to coordinate client needs with organizational services.
    • Strong business proposal writing and presentation skills.
    • Excellent negotiation skills.
    • Expertise in formulating sales strategies and business calculations.

    Soft Competencies:

    • Outgoing and communicative in building relationships.
    • High empathy and customer-oriented approach.
    • Strong business insight to identify new opportunities.
