  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance with labor laws and company policies at Mari Beach Club in Kuta Untara.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and company policies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
