Job Overview:

As a Sales Assistant Intern, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, providing support in sales operations and client management. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to develop their skills in sales and business development while gaining valuable experience in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Support in identifying and researching potential clients through LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Help manage client data and maintain up-to-date information in our CRM system (Zoho CRM).
  • Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and assist in organizing sales events or product demos.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, product, and support) to ensure smooth client communication and service delivery.
  • Provide administrative support such as email management, scheduling, and report generation.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the sales and marketing teams.
  • Learn and contribute to product knowledge by understanding our range of solutions and their benefits.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or having a background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sales research tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in technology and business solutions.
