Job Description
- Plan, control, and coordinate all promotional activities to support the achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor and control all sample creations related to quality, quantity, and timeliness to ensure that sales marketing requests are met.
- Plan and coordinate all promotional activities (exhibitions, advertising, billboards, company profiles, websites) to improve the company's image.
- Create and execute online & offline marketing strategies that can increase company growth and build the company's brand image.
- Create events and activation activities that can strengthen brand image and brand awareness.
- Responsible for curating all content & creatives released on digital & social media, as well as print.
- Responsible for maintaining the brand image in every marketing communication material communicated.
- Supervise and develop the performance of subordinates through training, performance evaluation, task delegation, etc., to improve subordinate performance.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor/Master degree in related field
- Have min. 5 years of working experience in similar position
- Have managerial skills and experience
- Master the development of technology in the field of graphics
- Master online (Digital Marketing) & offline marketing strategy
- Have artistic, creative, and innovative skills
- Have good communication skills with internal and external parties
- Have knowledge of cost management
- Be diligent, agile, and responsible
