Responsibilities

Job Summary :

To manage the design of tender processes, lead procurement sourcing processes, as well as conduct purchase order management and inventory control to ensure the administrative compliance and proper inventory management for Non-Technology

Job Accountabilities

• Create & Implement Non-Technology Procurement Sourcing Strategy to ensure to achieve maximum benefit for XL
• Identify potential suppliers and market trends.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
• Manage all procurement sourcing administrative process and requirements which includes purchase order management, inventory control, and warranty management which align in company policy and regulatory requirements
• Develop , Evaluate & Improve negotiation process for both technical and commercial including evaluation scoring
• Lead and mentor the General Procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify, Monitor, report, and initiate on procurement expenditures and cost saving initiative.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process including the compliance with ethical procurement practices.
• As business partner, communicate & collaborate with stakeholders to aligning procurement strategies and policies that align with business goals
• Responsible for ensuring the requirements of occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system are implemented and fulfilled by their respective units
