Job Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and creative Social Media & Marketing Junior Executive to assist in developing and implementing our social media and marketing strategies. You will work closely with our marketing team to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and support various marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms ( Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.).
  • Content Creation: Assist in developing multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with our brand voice.
  • Campaign Support: Help execute marketing campaigns and promotions, tracking their performance and reporting on results.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and interact with our online community to build relationships and foster engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track social media metrics and analyze performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and target audience preferences to support marketing strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to marketing projects and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A strong educational background in relevant fields provides the foundation needed for effective social media management.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms
  • At least 2-3 years of experience managing social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc., with a track record of driving engagement and growth.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, including content creation, audience engagement, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to craft compelling and creative content that resonates with diverse audiences across different platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools
  • Experience with tools like Sprout Social for scheduling and analyzing social media posts, along with familiarity with social media ad platforms.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to think outside the box and produce innovative content while ensuring accuracy and alignment with the brand’s voice.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret social media metrics and insights to inform strategy, optimize performance, and report on KPIs.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising
  • Knowledge of running targeted social media ad campaigns, including budget management, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
