Our mission is to recycle at least 30% of the 7.8 million tons of plastic waste generated annually in Indonesia and promote a circular approach to plastic use.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spare Part Manager at BBP. The Spare Part Manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory control, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service parts management, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Inventory Control and Inventory Management expertise
  • Experience in Service Parts management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of spare parts supply chain processes
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the plastic recycling industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
