Clinic Concierge

Responsibilities

The Clinic Concierge is responsible for managing patient inquiries and providing accurate information about Primecare services via WhatsApp and any other channel, ensuring timely responses in line with established SLAs. The concierge will document all customer interactions in the appointment system, assist patients with appointment bookings, and register new patients in the Hospital Information System (HIS), ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Preferably with a medical education background (Nurse/Midwife).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, shows initiative, and has a willingness to learn.
• Capable of multitasking to handle customer requests or complaints.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, solution-oriented, and focused on results.
