Responsibilities

  • Leading sales development and diversify our product and service offering to the market.
  • Effectively managing customer profiles within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) interface and aligning customer engagement with active opportunities.
  • Work closely with Technical team to ensure that all offers, contracts, and agreements are in line with the commercial objectives and technically compliant in an ever-changing mine site environment.
  • Facilitate product trials on site to ensure the correct products are matched up with specific site processes to assist our customers in achieving optimized performance.
  • Taking a hands-on approach to customer sales from opportunity through to delivery.
  • Completing timely and accurate sales reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering from a reputable university is a must (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Metallurgy is preferable).
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in mineral and mining instrumentation/processing would be prioritized.
  • Highly analytics, numerical, and computation skills.
  • Proficient communication in English and collaboration spirit.
  • Align with company values and QHSE policy.
