Job Purpose:

A Culture General Manager plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the cultural environment within an organization. Here’s a overview of the responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate a compelling cultural vision that aligns with our company's values and mission.
• Create and execute strategies to promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative company culture.
• Oversee and coordinate cultural initiatives, programs, and events.
• Create initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and engagement.
• Foster an inclusive workplace by promoting diversity, equity, and belonging.
• Measure and analyze cultural KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• ⁠Guide teams through organizational changes while preserving our unique culture.
• Facilitate training and development workshops to educate employees about the company culture and values.
• Ensure that company culture is represented in external communications, such as marketing materials and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor degree from Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a diverse and dynamic environment.
