- Manage sales operational by developing sales plan, budget, target revenue, and expense and setting individual target sales for each sales team member
- Control sales team achievement, reporting and analyzing sales data to give insight to Management to boost sales achievement
- Recruit, train, and develop a sales team to ensure competency of each sales team to achieve customer satisfaction through service excellence
