Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for Product Dev. & Support Specialist who will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting market insights and benchmarks related to fintech products, key features to support application existence and business needs, and determining product development priority scale.
  • Create and update documents such as Business Requirements Documents, UAT Scripts, UAT result tests, PPC result tests, Parameter Change Form
  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support the product development process
  • Conduct socialization and training to related parties
  • Responsible for collecting data and making daily reporting and ensuring delivery according to the needs of partners or related units
  • Perform daily monitoring of the usage of deposit funds related to the biller aggregator and ensure that the transaction process does not fail with regard to deposit availability across all partner aggregators

For this position, we will need someone who:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Informatics Management/Business Management/IT or other relevant major
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a product development either in bank or fintech industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions
  • Fresh Graduates with internship experience in product development are welcome to apply
