GetCourse, an all-in-one SaaS solution to create and sell online courses, is expanding globally and is currently looking for a Senior Sales Business Development Specialist in the Indonesian Market. The ideal candidate loves data, business, proactive, high initiative, and target-oriented. They should be proactive, resourceful, and have the freedom to make decisions related to their responsibilities when faced with challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and teaching a small team of sales managers and SDR team and making sure the quality of their work (standardizing and achieving the targets)
  • Report on the execution of the sales plan in detail at weekly management meetings and suggest improvements to optimize the process
  • Using your networking as an additional source of leads
  • Weekly in-depth interviews with existing clients
  • Researching and canvassing prospects (companies, entrepreneurs, managers, CEOs) for GetCourse
  • Consulting and understanding the pain points of potential customers
  • Managing the entire development cycle from prospecting, cold calling, giving presentations/demos, and closing sales or collaboration.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve GetCourse targets
  • Experimenting with multiple initiatives and identifying successful strategies (based on collected data)
  • Acting as GetCourse representative during online/offline events (webinars, demos, conferences)
  • Compiling the results of the initiatives and creating monthly reports for the Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record in selling subscription-based software products (results-oriented) and a wide network in the Edu-Tech field
  • 5+ years of experience in a tech company (B2B, SaaS), edu-tech will be an advantage
  • 2+ years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS to SMEs/institutions/entrepreneurs/influencers
  • Strong team management qualities to achieve the sales plan
  • Proficiency in Bahasa (Native) & Intermediate English is preferred
  • Knowledge and proven experience in using sales tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc)
  • Proactive, high initiative, problem-solver, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experiences in working with communities and/or influencers
  • Strong online presence to become the representative of GetCourse
