Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive display advertising strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of display campaigns across various platforms (Google Display Network, Youtube, Meta, Tiktok, programmatic networks, etc)
  • Oversee end-to-end management of display campaigns, from creative development to media buying and performance analysis.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance using analytic tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
  • Identify optimization opportunities / growth, and analyzing the impact and effort required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative Lab, Sales & Marketing team, Product team) to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in display advertising
  • Develop and maintain a testing roadmap to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Implement innovative strategies that's aligned industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in display advertising.
  • Mentor and lead a team of display marketing professionals, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
  • Mature enough to manage external marketing vendors independently to enhance campaign performance and innovation
  • Capable of leading and managing small to medium projects with minimal supervision that can potentially create value for the whole team
  • Generate regular reports for stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign performance and ROI.
  • Able to explain complex data in a way that is understandable for non-technical audiences.



Requirements

  • Graduated from a reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership roles
  • Proven track record of managing successful affiliate marketing programs and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, etc) is preferred
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
