Responsibilities:
- Overall office management of day-to-day activities
- HR management: Hiring & Recruitment, onboarding process, policy implementation, staff attendance & leave management, staff review.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and discipline.
- Expense management/reporting; Petty cash management, staff reimbursement, budget plan/control, expense payment
- Manage courier services, stationary inventories, office equipment maintenance etc.
- Coordinate with outsources agent/suppliers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Finance/English
- 5+ years related working experience.
- Proven experience as an office manager
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities and procedures
- Knowledge of local labor law & regulations
Functional / Technical Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in MS office (MS Excel, MS outlook, MS word)
- Familiar with email scheduling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Note: Work Location in Canggu, Bali
