Responsibilities:

  1. Overall office management of day-to-day activities
  2. HR management: Hiring & Recruitment, onboarding process, policy implementation, staff attendance & leave management, staff review.
  3. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and discipline.
  4. Expense management/reporting; Petty cash management, staff reimbursement, budget plan/control, expense payment
  5. Manage courier services, stationary inventories, office equipment maintenance etc.
  6. Coordinate with outsources agent/suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Finance/English
  • 5+ years related working experience.
  • Proven experience as an office manager
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities and procedures
  • Knowledge of local labor law & regulations

Functional / Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in MS office (MS Excel, MS outlook, MS word)
  • Familiar with email scheduling tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
