Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing meeting materials.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, events, and initiatives within the organization.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries, relaying messages, and ensuring timely follow-up.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business or related field
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
