Requirements:
- Having min. 5 years experience handling general administrative duties.
- Having experience in handling contract/agreement is a plus.
- Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Correspondence and English (written/spoken).
- Proven experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Handling daily administrative documents and data processing.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff activities.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Monitor office performance and suggest improvements.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Handle correspondence, communication, and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company regulations and standards.
