Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage R&D team in developing and improving HRMS V2 modules/functions and mobile apps.
  2. Participate in research and development of innovative and high-quality software products of HR system
  3. Partner with the ITD in essential internal firm leadership activities (Product development, IT-related infrastructure, Human resources and organizational planning).
  4. Identify best practices and improve internal systems with an eye toward future needs.

Job Requirements:

  1. At least 15 distinguished years in a management position in an IT organization
  2. Well-verse in HRMS business knowledge and worked in the HR related medium/large system development before.
  3. Strong knowledge of technology tools: .NET Core Framework, SQL Database, DevExtreme.
  4. Track record delivering superior results, commanding respect, and assuming leadership roles
  5. Success in roles requiring execution of multiple tasks while responding to multiple priorities
  6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with adaptability, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
  7. Proven capability in cultivating and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of individuals, including junior and senior professionals, across both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, and from various backgrounds.
  8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  9. Remain focused in the face of pressure, delivers against timelines, not intimidated by tasks/time limitations
  10. Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
  11. Proficiency in an additional language is a valuable advantage.
