Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage R&D team in developing and improving HRMS V2 modules/functions and mobile apps.
- Participate in research and development of innovative and high-quality software products of HR system
- Partner with the ITD in essential internal firm leadership activities (Product development, IT-related infrastructure, Human resources and organizational planning).
- Identify best practices and improve internal systems with an eye toward future needs.
Job Requirements:
- At least 15 distinguished years in a management position in an IT organization
- Well-verse in HRMS business knowledge and worked in the HR related medium/large system development before.
- Strong knowledge of technology tools: .NET Core Framework, SQL Database, DevExtreme.
- Track record delivering superior results, commanding respect, and assuming leadership roles
- Success in roles requiring execution of multiple tasks while responding to multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with adaptability, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
- Proven capability in cultivating and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of individuals, including junior and senior professionals, across both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, and from various backgrounds.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
- Remain focused in the face of pressure, delivers against timelines, not intimidated by tasks/time limitations
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in an additional language is a valuable advantage.
