Responsibilities :
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and improvement.
- Manage the accounting team, including staff supervision, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
- Prepare annual financial statement and budget reports.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience in supervisory role or managerial level.
- Experience in Property / Real Estate are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting & tax policy, AR/AP, costing and budgeting, cashflow weekly and monthly report, financial audit and financial forecast.
- Willing to be placed in Jimbaran - Bali.
