Responsibilities

  • Develop appealing VM items design (fixture/dress up/POSM) accordance with brand guideline and identity
  • Come up with, revise and present design ideas
  • Coordinate with other related division (brand, trade marketing, sales team, procurement, etc)
  • Coordinate with suppliers for production and installation/implementation
  • Visit stores/supervising the implementation/installation (dress up, brand activation, etc)
  • Make sure all projects are delivered as expected timeline and budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Fashion, Exhibition design, Visual Communications or any other related major
  • Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp or other visual design tools
  • Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
  • Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization
  • Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
  • Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Willing to work WFO (Blugreen Office, Puri Kembangan, Jakarta Barat)
