  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

The Marketing Relations Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with schools, universities, and other key stakeholders to promote PT VIC INDONESIA's overseas education services. The role also involves planning and managing events that highlight the company’s offerings, increasing engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in relationship management, event planning, or marketing within the education sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must be willing to be placed in Vista Kelapa Gading / Vista Tanjung Duren
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions (schools and universities) to increase awareness and generate student leads
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as school activations, seminars, and promotional activities to engage students, parents, and educators
  • Serve as the main point of contact for schools and partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Promote PT VIC INDONESIA’s services by organizing informational sessions, presentations, and workshops for prospective students
  • Track the success of marketing efforts and events, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement
