Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR department.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other perks.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance on compensation-related issues and assist in the development of job descriptions and salary structures.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate and oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff.
  • Manage and ensure timely submission of employee tax documentation.
  • Oversee BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of employee income tax and social security contributions.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and BPJS regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, with strong experiences on administrative tax and BPJS, and compensation and benefits.
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll administration and benefits management.
  • Proven track record in managing HR processes and programs.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and BPJS requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a VUCA environment, navigating complexity and rapid change in startup pace.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to drive HR decision-making.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools, HRIS software and a tech-savvy.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Continuous learning mindset and a willingness to stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
