Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the HR department.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other perks.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance on compensation-related issues and assist in the development of job descriptions and salary structures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate and oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff.
- Manage and ensure timely submission of employee tax documentation.
- Oversee BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration and compliance.
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of employee income tax and social security contributions.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and BPJS regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, with strong experiences on administrative tax and BPJS, and compensation and benefits.
- Demonstrated experience in payroll administration and benefits management.
- Proven track record in managing HR processes and programs.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and BPJS requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a VUCA environment, navigating complexity and rapid change in startup pace.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to drive HR decision-making.
- Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools, HRIS software and a tech-savvy.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Continuous learning mindset and a willingness to stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
