Sales Account Manager is the first point of contact a new potential client will have with a business when they are seeking information on the products and services the company provides. Sales Account Manager will prospect new business by advertising, cold calling, networking, cold calling, or other methods of producing interest from potential clients. Sales Account Manager will design persuasive approaches and proposals to convert potential clients into business customers. By presenting new solutions and services to clients, Sales Account Manager will develop and maintain existing accounts. Working with marketing, technical staff, and mid and senior level management facilitates managing the activities of workers charged with developing business for the corporation.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT:

1. BS or MBA with min. 3-5 years of of business, sales and marketing experience

2. Fluent in written and spoken English, previous work in an international foreign company a plus

3. Able to travel within Indonesia and periodically abroad when required

4. Strong communication skills.

5. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

6. Superior time management and organizational skills

7. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

8. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

9. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

10.Mandarin Language will be advantages.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

  1. Engage internal and external contacts
  2. Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
  3. Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
  4. Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
  5. Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
  6. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  7. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  8. Attend industry functions, including conferences and association events, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming market trends.
  9. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  10. Developing goals for the development and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  11. Submit and ensure data is accurate on weekly progress reports.
  12. Collaborate with development and client services team to ensure requirements are met, such as product specification and client retention.
  13. Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
