Responsibility:

Supervise, set objectives for the HRGA team and track progress.

Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates. Handle general affairs (organize asset buying and supervise).

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Initiate & take charge in the entire recruitment and on-boarding process improvement. Initiate & take charge in compensation and benefits plans improvement.

Initiate & take charge in employees’ career development paths and reward structure improvement. Initiate & take charge in improving the office and employee well-being.

Problem solving and coordinating with leader in each department in managing the people aspect of the business.

Creating and compiling monthly employee performance reports

Gathering payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts, and making payroll reports

Job requirements:

Excellent leadership and communication skill.

Have at least 4 year of experience in HR Field

Able to multi-task and prioritze work

Thorough, diligent and independent

Enjoy working under pressure in a fast-paced result-driven start-up/ digital agency/retail environment.
