Job Descriptions:
1. Lead as the Project Manager for HRMS implementation and support, working closely with developers, analysts, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Ensure the client receives a high-quality product/service from initial implementation through Go-Live, maintaining project success and client satisfaction to secure renewals and achieve a 0% churn rate.
3. Oversee project progress and manage the Project Officer team.
4. Perform system configuration, data migration, and conduct user training sessions.
5. Provide continuous system maintenance, support, and issue resolution.
6. Analyze potential issues in the client's HRMS and collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve them.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve challenges encountered during project implementation.
