QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum 2 years of working experiences in Human Resources especially in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Understand the whole recruitment process and be capable of conducting psychological tests such as PAPI Kostick, IST, etc.
  • Familiar with job portal administration and HRIS.
  • Have good leadership, good communication, good negotiation and good interpersonal skills.
  • Proven integrity, able to work under pressure and have a teamwork spirit with an open-minded character.
  • Possess strong Islamic characters.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Google Workspace, email, internet).
  • Ready to join as soon as possible.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Monitor employee attendances, employee database and employee facilities submission in system regularly.
  • Prepare correspondence such as a working certificate, internal memo and others when needed.
  • Verify the submission of employee’s housing allowances, employee’s debt and others benefit submission regularly.
  • Handle End to end of recruitment process; from monitor the employee request form submission, until the employee on board.
  • Input new employee data in HRIS.
  • Monitor foreign worker legality process.
  • Provide fund usage report.
  • Other tasks that are assigned from the Head of HRD.
