Job Description:

  • Conduct end-to-end B2B activities, including lead hunting, outreach, scraping, etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients based on their needs.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Manage client needs, including negotiations and contract extensions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet client expectations.
  • Gather and analyze data related to customer behavior and needs.
  • Act as a representative and provide the best purchasing experience for clients.
  • Identify industry trends to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues and prevent future problems.
  • Develop strategies to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum D3 education with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience as an Account Executive, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and initiative in relationship management.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage contract extension schedules.
  • Capable of fostering long-term relationships and collaborating with internal sales teams.
  • Persistent with good time management skills.
  • Preferably has experience in a startup, digital agency, or fast-paced company
