Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with sales team to finalize every opportunity from prospective customers by conducting POC or presentations
- Conduct analysis, provide suggestions and create technical solutions for every opportunity and put it into a technical proposal
- Helping the sales and marketing team to understand and increase knowledge of existing products in the company
- Conduct visits and attend pre-bid meetings with the sales team
- Proactive in providing and recommending optimal technical solutions to meet customer needs
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information System or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in related fields.
- Proven track record in pre-sales environment for IT solutions business
- Result oriented with strong problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, hardworking, willing to learn, excellent team-player
- Committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends, tools and best practices.
- Ability to work in a deadline-focused environment, consistently producing deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes.
Must-Have Skills:
- Linux
- Strong understanding about one of Container Orchestration (Kubernetes, Openshift, Rancher, Anthos, EKS)
- Experience using one of CI/CD or DevOps Tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Cloudbees, Ansible automation platform)
- Experience in one of Cloud environment is a plus (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba)
