About the opportunity :

The Business & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires experience in B2B and/or B2G tech product sales on an international level. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team and lead a team of 3 business development professionals to meet and exceed company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for international markets, focusing on B2B and B2G customers.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 3 business development (BD) professionals to achieve sales targets and ensure team growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence internationally.
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, particularly within the international tech sector.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role within the tech industry, preferably in a multinational tech company.
  • Proven track record in selling B2B or B2G tech products on an international scale.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in international tech sectors.
  • Willingness to be based in Bandung or work from Bandung for most of the time.
