Job Description
1. Lead factory operations to achieve production targets and efficiencies
2. Manage the factory's operational budget and optimize production cost
3. Take initiative in planning and executing factory strategies
4. Supervise a team, including key department managers
5. Determine the action plan for the critical operations that will create quality problem
6. Make reports to Directors regarding the factory activites
7. Ensure the realization in production in target and makes line operation planning.
8. Build and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders.
Requirement:
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial engineering or other relavant major. Tangerang citizen;
2) At least 10 yrs factory production management experiences. Manage at least 100 staff before;
3) Have good knowledge of metering products or products of electrical equipment.
4) Good at English in speaking and writing,and have stong communication skill.
